Regardless of the experience of the participant, the camp will improve areas such as ball handling and maintaining the body. It is our aim to educate, encourage, and equip athletes with the tools needed to develop positive character traits on and off the court.

ABOUT THE CAMP
Basketball in today’s society it takes more than just being a great athlete. There are requirements off the court that must be met in order to reach the ultimate level, which is playing professionally. Once reached, basketball is a tool to multiple avenues of opportunities. This camp will cover informational skill sets, on and off the court in which are necessary to reach the ultimate level of basketball. The components in which will be covered during the course of the camp will include subjects such as basketball oriented drills, test preparation, and business moral because essentially as an athlete you are a business. Our goal is to stress the importance on capitalizing on all beneficial aspects the game of basketball has to offer.

BASKETBALL SKILL TRAINING
3 HOURS OF RIGOROUS BASKETBALL INSTRUCTION FROM PROFESSIONAL PROFILE INDIVIDUALS
TEST PREP
THIS SESSION WILL CHALLENGE THE INNER STUDENT ATHLETE OFF THE COURT. DURING THIS SESSION APPLICABLE MATERIAL WILL BE GIVEN, WHICH CHANNELS HOW TO IMPROVE TEST SCORES, PROPER STUDYING HABITS AND REMOVING FEAR OF STANDARDIZED TESTS IN A RELATABLE WAY TO THE STUDENT ATHLETES.

The reasoning behind this age group is to prepare these athletes during a key building block in their lives. This is a pivotal moment in their lives where they should learn core values that help build a strong bedrock foundation, which can be built upon late in their lives. At Triple Double Character Ed Academy camp we will present applicable information that if practiced on a continual basis, will provide progressing results in the future. At this age they are preparing for unfamiliar territories as it relates to school, peer pressure, standardized testing, and new athletic challenges. Our goal is to prepare our participants for these transformative moments.

CAMP SAFETY & RULES
The STAFF takes full responsibility in providing for the safety and of all participants. This is our number one priority. The camp rules listed below are established to insure we have a safe and problem free environment so our participants can be focused from start to finish. Though it is assumed through the grace that we will have no problems. Participants are to attend all instructional sessions, team workouts, and team games on time. who repeatedly fail to follow the rules will be sent home immediately. Please take a moment to review the camp rules with your camper prior to camp.

1. Cell phone usage is prohibited during camp activities. Cell phones may be used at meals, and break time. Participants are solely responsible for cell phones.
2. Participants are to attend all instructional sessions, team practices, and team games on time.
3. Participants must listen to all staff, and be courteous and respectful at all times.
4. Always travel with your team and coach when moving from one activity to the next.
5. NO ONE may leave campus unless they are released as commuters or they have permission from the camp/housing director. No camper should leave the general vicinity of the assigned building.
6. No running in the bleachers, hanging on railings, or climbing bleachers.
